The survey will be open until July 12, 2019.
After July 12th, responses will be compiled by Oregon’s Kitchen Table to ensure anonymity. Oregon’s Kitchen Table is a program of the College of Urban and Public Affairs at Portland State University created by a group of non-partisan, non-profit community organizations dedicated to helping Oregonians have a voice.
