Columbia Slough Regatta

You’re invited to join the Columbia Slough Watershed Council, Multnomah County Drainage District, and Levee Ready Columbia for the 24th Annual Regatta, a unique on the water paddle festival!

The event features complimentary 45-minute canoe and kayak rentals (all equipment provided) for registered attendees. Before and after paddling, participants can visit with local environmental and water-based organizations, enjoy hands-on activities and live music.

This year, the event will feature walking tours of the levee system, a flood simulation model, and a storytelling booth sponsored by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to collect stories about attendees’ experiences with flooding and connection to the watershed and areas protected by our flood management systems.
